Crusaid directs money, knowledge and support to poor and marginalised people and communities affected by HIV and AIDS in the way that best meets their needs and helps them achieve a decent quality of life.
Extraordinary progress has been made in treating the virus, but the pandemic is still on the rise. Crusaid is working to improve the lives of people affected by HIV and AIDS and to prevent the spread of the virus by:- Helping people struggling with poverty in the UK through the Crusaid Hardship Fund.
- Funding information, education projects and services that help people living with HIV through their UK projects.
- Making grants to organisations providing life-saving treatment, education and support through their African projects.
- Funding the search for better treatments through Research.
Crusaid's aim is to ensure that their contribution - the projects that they fund and the grants that they disburse to those facing poverty as a result of HIV and AIDS - has the maximum possible impact in the fight against the virus.
