If a residential property is used for incalls then there may be planning issues.
If the premises are also the girls home then it may be within planning regulations. It is dependant what proportion of the property is used for work, how often it is used etc. In general terms if the house is used more for residential purposes than work, then there is probably no breach.
If the property is solely used for incalls, then there is a breach of the regulations.
In practice problems only occur if there are complaints from neighbours or police involvement.
If the property concerned is leased or rented, the lease/tenancy agreement will almost certainly contain a clause prohibiting the use of the premises for "immoral purposes" or some such similar phrase. To be found to be in breach of such an agreement would usually be grounds for accelerated eviction.
