A massage parlour boss has told fed up residents to move if they don’t like sounds coming from their establishment.
Neighbours of Kittens in Montpelier Road, Brighton, claim their lives are being blighted by anti-social noise.
Brighton and Hove City Council said residents have been encouraged to keep a written diary of all noises coming from the premises – including recording the late night activities. But a spokeswoman from Kittens said the parlour was not to blame for keeping people up.
She said: “We’ve been here for four years without any problems. People are happy with us.
“The backpackers’ hostel down the road is noisier. Most of Bedford Square is bedsits and rundown properties. It’s a noisy street. If people don’t like it they can move.”
