UK Strongest Man in Whitstable |

I popped down to Whitstable to have a look at its Regatta and got more than I expected.
After a little jaunt along the seafront with the speedboats and the flags and stalls I heard on the radio that the UK Strongest man final was being held in the town.
It was being organised by the Whitstable Rugby Club so I decided to pop along. It was very impressive with the tyre flipping, atlas stones and flipping a Citroen Saxo. The competitors were a bit on the burly side for me but obviously the contest attracted a lot of "gym bunnies" so it was quite scenic.
An interesting day out. Off for mini-break with (hopefully), benefits in Notting this week 4-6th Aug. Maybe see you there...
